Circles of West Georgia, Carrollton Dawnbreakers Rotary, Rotary Club of Carrollton, Carroll County Sertoma Club, Carroll County Mental Health Advocates, and many more.

This year marks the third year for this award.  The Start-Up of the Year award created to spotlight the importance of small business to the local, regional and national economy.  There are approximately 29 million small businesses in the US according to the Small Business Administration (SBA).  Georgia ranks number one for the best state for business with 808,285 registered small businesses in 2019 with 97.3% employing fewer than 100 employees.  The Carroll Chamber is proud to serve small businesses, with a majority of the members employing fewer than 100 employees.
