Small Business Profile: Janine Willey with TerraMar

Small Business Profile:  Janine Willey

TerraMar LLC opened in January 2019 and they are a drug-free wellness center focused on preventative and restorative health solutions. Whether you need relaxation, reduced muscle tension or relief from chronic pain, they offer therapies to enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.

They specialize in neuromuscular massage, which is a form of massage therapy that targets aches and pains from over-exertion, stress, and injury. They also have one of the only certified Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) practitioners in Northwest Georgia.

They have the only float pod (sensory deprivation tank) west of Atlanta. Our state of the art chamber combines 200 gallons of water with 900 pounds of Epsom salt and is kept at a temperature of 94.5 degrees. Floatation therapy can bring about a deep state of relaxation, as well as aid in pain relief.

They have a mild hyperbaric chamber, one of the few accessible to the general public, where clients can receive oxygen therapy. They have begun partnering with doctors in the area to help us document and advance the healing effects of oxygen therapy.

They offer Reflexology, Medicupping a full-spectrum Sauna, and an Inframat relaxation room. They also offer group Pilates classes 3 days per week.

They market mostly via social media (Facebook and Instagram and email) but have also done radio ads with Graddick Communications.
