Leadership Academy Graduates

The Carroll Leadership Academy is a 12-week program designed to facilitate the training and development of current and emerging leaders in Carroll County. A variety of session topics present a balance of community awareness, personal growth, and leadership enhancement.

The Leadership Academy is for adult professionals serious about their career advancement. Sessions are designed to equip participants with the tools needed to inspire others as team players in the workplace or within any organization. Enhance soft skills, public speaking, meeting facilitation, self-confidence and professional potential through training

with exceptional instructors.

This experience differs from many other leadership programs because it has a unique Carroll County focus. Every community has challenging issues and exciting opportunities. Learning more about the community in which you live and work increases your options for engagement. Academy curriculum includes tours in the fields of healthcare, law enforcement, agriculture and industry – all within Carroll County.
